How can I fix my Fisher & Paykel (model 701) washing machine?

It washes ok but when it gets to the rinse cycle it stalls, I then advance it to the final rinse it works but when it gets to spin it stalls.
in other words it does not rinse or spin

Does it drain the water out? Machine will not spin or advance until all water is drained. If not draining then check for a blockage in the drain pump.
