Hi
The drum on my dyson is not rotating in the opposite directions, they seem to be locked together!! It is tearing clothes, putting holes in things and staining them wiyh some oil like substance that does not come out!!
How can this be fixed, can anyone help please?

i am afraid that with the symptoms you describe your machine has failing bearings in the drum
it is now not repairable due to the fact the drum and tub assembly is no longer available
you will need to buy another dyson machine off ebay or from a local free ads paper
