how do i reduce pressure on boiler/?

boiler pressure sitting just over 4 and hot water coming out pipe outside. how do i stop this water coming out.

turn the filling loop off, either that or it's probably a burst heat exchanger or faulty diverter valve. hard to tell as you don't mention boiler type
