Ford Ka 6000 E.O.N CD/MP3 Player Keycode entry?

Hi, I'm struggling to enter the keycode on the above unit. Whenever I try to use the preset keys they don't advance to the number I want - pressuing repeatedly or continuously! How do I enter the keycode into this device? Thanks!

Thanks but no this doesn't work - I think I might have to use arrow keys to increase the numbers?!

press button 1 until 1st digit of your code is in display.
press button 2 until 2nd digit in display
press button 3 until 3rd digit in display
press button 4 until 4th digit in display
now press and hold button 5 to store code

Does it now work?
