No thumbnails?

Iam using Windows XP Professional N edition SP3..and iam using windows media player 11 and K-Lite codec mega pack...the problem here that my explorer isnt showing any thumbnails for any media types...no flv..wmv..mpeg..3gp..rmvb..nothing..how can i fix this trouble?!!

In Windows Explorer, in the menu:
Display. Sellect "Thumbnails"

If your version is in another language than english, the term will change.

Be patient, it can take a LONG time to extract the images from your videos.
