how can i fix my britony flexiflue boiler? serial no. 894216759-04. I turn the tap on. sometimes I get very hot water and other times not.flame is perfect. I only get hot water when the flow from the tap is reduced and other times it flows fast thats when I get the cold water. Is there a valve which operates the water flow?
