on the ends of the control panel are some 'L' shaped plastic end caps.prise these off with a screw driver and you will see 4 screws on each end.remove the inner ones.you then have to take all the control knobs off and then undo the control mounting plate to remove the thermostat.do able but big job not for the faint of heart!
