Wii Fit Board repaired?

my daughters wii fit board will not turn on hit power button blue light blinks and then stops. Does anyone know how to fix it or where to send it out? Thanks for all your help.

When we put the batteries in and we tried to turn it on and it didn't so we looked at it and a spring was loose and that's why it didn't work
