Did you ever get this fixed? I have 2 Natuzzi reclining chairs(less than 3 years old), cable broke on both!!! When first one broke last year, I found a furniture repairman who ordered a replacement cable from the furniture store where it was purchased. Fixed it perfectly (not too, too expensive to fix), now the second chair has broken. Mechanism design flaw to be sure. Very unhappy with Natuzzi.
