please i bought a durabrand deep fat fryer and i lost the content booklet, i mean i dont know how to use it in frying.thanks

Put cooking oil into it
Plug it in and switch it on
Set the temperature control - most things need 180 ºC
Wait until the heating light goes out
Put the food in the basket
Let it cook
Take it out and let the hot oil drain off
Switch fryer off - best not to move it about too much until the oil has cooled
Change the oil now and again
