my drayton HTS3 boiler has broken down, i have no hot water or heating?

my boiler has broken down,the house is freezing cold and and i dont have any hot water either,, everything is close due to the bank holiday and i cant get anyone to repaire it for me.. desperately need some help here! thanks

check the pressure in the boiler if it is low i.e below 0.5 repressurise using the filler loop but do not exceed 1.5 bar
