if you go to the web site www.leapfrogshop.co.uk ,.and you can email them , or phone them , but there not open till 4 of jan , but you can look up their web site, about the game you have , your problem could be that your tv is too old for the jack plugs you use to link the game up to the tv , make sure that you have them pluged into the right ports .
