start by disconecting battery you will see there is a red wire witch connects all four glowplugs you will need to move any bits that are in the way to disconect each individual plug you will need a ring spanner to remove the glowplugs by pushing when stood at the front of the van anti-clockwise these are very delicate so not to much force as they are well known for snapping
