My boiler was fitted approx 18 months ago and has been wonderful until recently, in the last couple of weeks it has been switching off by itself. I have tried resetting it and nothing happens, it clicks as if its trying to ignite. The pressure is fine any ideas ? we are freezing :(

hi the (HE) pipe is frozen
on the bottom right hand side of the boiler ther should be a plastic pipe leading outside to the gutter or a waste pipe disconnect it from inside just pull it off then restart your boiler from the plug ..........that should be it!
