you will need to dismantle the keypad,from the casing,you will need the engineer code to enter eng mode 1st.cut the wires so you know where to reconnect to.on the back of the keypad you will see small squares that are covered in a rubbery substance,you need to gently scrape this off a dry green scouring pad works well for this,then use duraglit until the copper/brass shines up reconnect come out of eng mode job done
