EA is an ignition fault.Your condensate drain pipe going to your outside drain could be frozen.Try boiling water on it.It fixed mine.

this is a manual for engineers - this will give a list of things relating to fault codes on the boiler- eg EA etc - to read on these cold winter nights while waiting for your v busy service engineers to come and sort out for u

http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/cache/file/1/greenstar-cdi-service-booklet-for-engineers.pdf&ei=n3VES7GNAoWI0wSVjOCRBQ&sa=X&oi=nshc&resnum=1&ct=result&cd=1&ved=0CBUQzgQoAA&usg=AFQjCNEzexaBgftUutv5yXFAZyVlCRsW1A

its quite a good read if i say so myself, if u are going to attempt to use you do so at risk - best put in the hands of your servicing engineer if u have any doubts/concerns

regards

i expect there are other manuals for other models if u google correctly/wisely
