Possibly but it will be hard to track down one that matches your set up exactly - the lamp was probably manufactured in China and the dimmer in China and the last thing they want is people mending broken ones when they want to be selling bulk quantities to distributors who sell on to stores etc. Once out of warranty nobody will care...
You do not mention the lamp make & model or any details of the dimmer you need.
A non-dimmed solution or a creative solution may be your best approach.
