where is the drive belt tensioner?

Drive belt broken and I am trying to repair so how do I do this? The car is a ford fiesta 1998 model. no anti freeze and belt busted.

If you didn't have antifreeze in your cooling system, the drive belt is the least of your problems. The core plugs will have most probably popped out, and when the water melts, all of the water will drain from your system, and they will have to be replaced. Core plugs are metal discs that pop out to prevent your engine block from cracking when the water freezes. You have learnt an expensive lesson, in trying to save a few quid on antifreeze., it may cost a lot more than a ½ gallon of antifreeze. Doh!
