I am loosing pressure on my ferroli boiler. I can top up the water pressure how ever 5-10mins later the pressure is gone completely but my heating is still on. I have checked the over flow and there is warm water coming out. Can anyone advise what to do or what could be wrong?

the safety valve is passing and probably requires replacing. your presure vessel will want recharging to 1 bar
