ferroli modina 80 combi boiler?

as we turn the D H W on it turn the Heating off and we have to reset the boiler in order to turn the heating back on can you advice me on that please .

it has a delay of 3 mins after the hw tap is closed .try waiting 3mins if it doesnt come on then probably hw and ch sensors need replacing
