where can I replace my broken Ceran hob glass?

Whirlpool only lists parts for the cooker beneath: I can't see any number on the glass hob , only Schott Ceran. Help!

I have recently had a kitchen fitted from B.&Q which included a Ceran glass hob. You could try them, I am going to have too, as I have also broken mine,today.Good luck.
