Ketteling?

How do I stop my Halstead Best 50 Open vent Boiler from Ketteling? I have checked the Heat Exchanger for Scale Treated with de scaler, no scale present.

lower the gas pressure on going to the burner this should help.it will take slightly longer to heat up but should stop ketteling
