Water doesn't come upto temp?

SIME Format Friendly 80E - My water rarely flows hot let alone warm even when turned to hotest, when it does it doesn't for long, the radiators are good temp. Can anyone advise? Thanks

flow rate too high or gas pressure too low. possibly blocked calorifier (water heat exchanger), but get the others checked first.
