can anyone shed some light on the matter? we have no problem with the DHW system, but we have no CH at all. What was happening is, the boiler would light up then it would go out out after about 10-15 seconds then not come on again for about 5-10 mins(times are aprox only) so from this you can see no CH.

profile is not a combi, so it will be either a faulty zone valve, or a faulty pump if you have a gravity hot water system.

The diverter valve is stuck in DHW mode. May be caused by a dripping DHW tap, or may need a new diverter valve.
