How can I fix my Hoover Windtunnel Mach 6.1?

The rotating brush stalls. When it does that, the suction is increased. How can I get the brush to rotate consistently?

Either your belt is slipping, or the brushroll ends are dirty. Replace the belt. Check the post that the belt goes around and clean it. Also, remove brushroll and clean ends of debris.
