Fix Fault Dyson Dc33

I have a Dyson DC33, brush quit spinning. I changed both the belts and it still is not engaging in carpet mode. It work fine on hard floor setting though.

My dyson dc33 brush is not turning cleaned it all but no luck help

When I was vacuuming, a rug string got caught. I checked for any obstructions and cleared the string from the brush bar, but it will not spin. Any suggestions. This is the yellow dc 33 Dyson vacuum
