Undo the hexagon topped filter housing, take out the old filter, replace it with the new one. Use new O ring supplied and lightly oil the O ring before refitting the top to the filter housing. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten. Run the engine, check for leaks, and check the oil level again afterwards. Top up if necessary.
