yes you can,,,,, use (self tapping screws) to hold up the brackets, that holds up the poles. take one of the brackets to the hardware store, and ask for self tapping screws that will fit, through the holes in the brackets, dont get them too long , one inch should do, tell him what you want them for , there are glues out there that will do the same job, but you will not be able to take the brackets off again . they come in a tube like silcon, you can tape the brackets on over night wile the glue is drying, thats another way of doing it ,,,,
