Sorry but CK is right.
This is one of those jobs where if you need to ask the question you are unable to undertake the job. Handling of refrigerant requires training and is potentially dangerous both to yourself and the environment.
On a practical note it is illegal to re-gas a fridge without repairing the leak first and subject to large fines.
