update to death on no power to control box?

checked all fuses all seem ok there is a small green light on inside main box indicating a problem with led the alarm fixed on outside wall has a permanent red light and every time i connect up system it goes into alarm does this sound any bells excuse pun

sorry ian my mistake right well it seems like a fault to the keypad unscrew the keypad and see if it aint burnt out check the wires and in the main panel but power down first then power it back up again im not familiar with your alarm but i think we will be able to resolve the issue


let me know when you have done it and check if the sensors work

and led is just the light

AND IAN DONT CONNECT UP THE BATTERY AND SEE IF THERES ANY DIFFRENCE ASWELL

right well it seems like a fault to the keypad unscrew the keypad and see if it aint burnt out check the wires and in the main panel but power down first then power it back up again im not familiar with your alarm but i think we will be able to resolve the issue

yes i removed a wire to speaker to stop alarm going off once reconnected alarm activates the small green light is in main control box and the keypad is completley dead even when alarm is activated there is a sticker beside green light saying led

so the bell box is lighting up ?

but the main panel has a small green light but has no power to the keypad ?
