daewoo frs u20dc is too cold, fridge unit is reading -5 on inside thermomiter and freezer is off the scale. it is brand new and followed all the instructions to the letter.
Why are you asking here? Ask the shop you bought it from. If it is brand new it will be under warranty. Any attempt to rectify the fault yourself may void any warranty.
