my shacklock chef multifunction oven has a power point either side of the oven which were used for plugging in the kettle etc. as of two nights ago these points are no longer functioning, a great baffle to me. all other oven functions are operating as they should, ie the oven and elements. are you able to help?

hi all
i worked out that this particular brand of oven has a fuse specifically for the power points on the side of the oven. could see this on the back of the oven. these have now been repaired and everything is working the way it should be...........
