Pilot light ignition on Potterton Netaheat MK11 10-16 & 16-22?

The pilot assembly attracts dirt and this fills the gap between earthplate and electrode this prevents spark from lighting pilot, when cleaned it works again but only lasts 2 days approx - any ideas?

I beieve it is clean as has been serviced I think it is a carbon build up on earthplate

Your appliance needs to be serviced. the injectors may be partially blocked, also ensure the heat exchanger and fan impellor are clean.
