Having similar trouble with a different make.
Check the thermostat - unplug the fridge then find the thermostat which is usually enclosed in a box behind the temperature dial. A metal wire comes from the thermostat to the cooling panel on your fridge. Check this cable for any breaks (even if there are no breaks this is the most likely culprate) - replace the thermostat.
Also check the pipes that come of the cooling plate and go to the pump. Check very carefully with a bright torch as even tiny cracks can cause gas leakage and give this problem.
