Inside (as opened to load a disk) my sony mini disk player one of little gadget part (tiny silver plate) turned twisted, which slightly blocking the disk, which I try to insert. With difficulty If I insert a recorded disk, it doesn't play. Instead the player doesn't operate.

How to resolve this problem and make the mini disk working?
