My cat knocked the camera off a table and now the screen is just a snow-storm and it will not record pictures. Is this fixable as DIY or does it have to go back to manufacturer? It's out of warranty

Without knowing a lot about this particular model, I'm afraid most digital cameras are very complex inside, and take a real specialist to make repairs. I'd recommend taking it to a specialist Casio repair facility, but to ask for them to quote you for any repair work before proceeding. (The last thing you need is for them to repair it, then charge you more than you would have paid for a good condition second hand one)
