When entering numbers into the register it shows cccccc----, when I try to open the register by #/no sale it comes out as an error. Only way to open up register is manually. No idea what to do.
Try to enter #1 then clerk ID key. Sounds like machine
has no clerk signed on. #1 is default setting for machine. If this does not work a ID # is programmed in already.

You need to sign on a clerk. Try hitting a 1 and then the CLERK ID key.
