Why have I lost dipped headlights on my Micra?

Why don't my Nissan Micra (2005) headlights not work on dip but they do on main beam? The bulbs are working ok.

if you have PROVED that the bulbs WORK by removing and testing.

the other options are
check fuse box fuses
Check the headlight switch(dipped/high beam)
check the headlight relay
