After charging my MP3 player, the screen seems to be locked on to a screen displaying the "creative logo". I cant seem to get past this point to access any of my music, plus I am unable to switch this on and off or use any of the buttons.

The only way I can switch this on or off is if I take the battery out. However, on putting the battery back into the player you still seemed to be locked onto the screen displaying the "creative logo".

Hold the power button while placing in the battery and it will enter recovery mode. If thet doesnt work Id just send it in for repairs.

I'm sorry I'm not able to offer much help, but my Zen has the same problem, and the only thing I can offer is that if the warranty hasn't run out you could send it to Creative to be repaired (although you will lose all your data stored on it) or to find a repair shop near to you who will be able to fix it.
