Hi there, if its a Dreambox you have, you have to update the frequency for some channels. Channel 14 ( ITV1 ) now has Frequency of 355 ( think this was 299 or 499 ). Here are other channels that need updating too:
Ch13 - Change 483 to 155
Ch05 - Change 235 to 163
Ch23 - Change 643 to 755
Ch32 - Change 755 to 643
To do this, go to MENU - INSTALLATION - USER INSTALLATION - GO TO CHANNEL U WANT TO UPDATE - HIT GREEN BUTTON TO EDIT, THEN BLUE BUTTON TO MODIFY, TYPE IN NEW FREQUENCY AND HIT OK.
