My zanussi fridge freezer is not working properly?
The freezer is at -17 degrees and the fridge at +13 and will not go colder. The zanussi fridge freezer is a frost free one and this problem occured before when it was under guarantee.
My frost free zanussi fridge/freezer is not working correctly, as the temperature seems to be above 7..although the freezer seems to be working as normal, could this be the auto defrost?

sounds like an auto defrost issue.turn whole appliance off for 24hrs and then retry.if it starts to work again but fails in a short time back to the same fault then auto defrost is going to be a favourite although air leaks,blockages and fan failures can cause same result!
