This morning I used Chucks information ,& directions, for setting my Seiko Chiming Wall Clock.Unfortunately,it is now chiming the hour when the Big hand is on the 6(example-6:30)instead of the 12.HELP!

sorry to drop in on someone else's answer

given what you have said above when the clock strikes at half past position remove the nut holding the Hr finger on, remove the Hr hand now rotate the Hr finger from the 6 to the 12 o clock position replace the Hr finger, screw nut back on .
note
this fix will only work if the bushing in the center of the finger is tight
