mulching deck?

can anyone tell me the cheapest place to get a new/recon 38" mulching deck for my T1600 either westwood/countax.
I have a virtually brand new (used twice) 44" Countax IBS deck if anyone is interested, its super efficient, which is my problem, I'm spending more time (and fuel) going to empty it than actually cutting.....HELP!
