You can repair it yourself. The front loading belt is stretched. It can be replaced carefully with a pair of tweezers if you can get the disc drawer open. It is at the front underneath the drawer on two pulleys. This is a very common problem and you may struggle to obtain a belt as it is only 16mm diameter.
