How to program a Sharp XE-A106?

I have a new Sharp XE-A106 and want to turn off the receipt printing in REG but allow the journal to print in Z/PGM. The instructions reference letters ABCDEFG. How do I get to these letters?

The ABCDEFG are just place holders. You enter either a "0" or a "1" to turn on or off printing for each function.
