disconnected rose and found a strip block inside the rose,cant remember the wiring configuration,upstairs light on a single switch,but downstairs is a double switch to downstairs light and another to upstairs landing light,please anybody help

All the red wires go together in the middle (marked loop) one of the black wires should have a red band on it which goes to inner connector with 2 terminals.
The last connector should have 3 terminals - the last 2 black wires go there.
The light fitting connects to the 2 terminals on the outside of the rose (black with the red band is live, plain black is neutral).
