i recently had a new electric meter fitted, this has affected my veritas 8 alarm. the number 1 red light is on, also the grenn unset light is on, can any one help

what you neeed to do it open the panel the alarm may sound if does enetr your code disconnect the batteyr ad turn off your mains the power back up on battery first wait till the ten second bleep enter your code replace the lid and the red light should go off turn the power back on and you should be sorted
