My Instructions say "To enter the 'User' menu, press and hold the 'Set' button for more than 5 seconds, but less than 10 seconds - the display will show 'PR' (Preset temperature setting)...."
Rotate the dial anti-clockwise to 'Lo' and then press Set and then rotate the control to the temperature you want.
Press and hold the Set button for between 5 and 10 seconds to get out of the User mode.
