Do I Need to change the clutch?

I have a Xantia 1.9sd .I think the release bearing is broke but do I need to change the clutch and preasure plate as well. Iv'e seen a clutch kit on ebay for £36 is it worth buying this?

A good mechanic would ADVISE you to change the LOT
WHILE ITS STRIPPED DOWN (where could have any of the broken bits flew too )if all changed peace of mind for 18 months
