Fix Fault Vauxhall Zafira

When I lock my Vauxhall Zafira using the remote control fob all the windows come down and stay down. What is the problem. Jim C

How do I set the Door Lock system on a Zafira to only unlock the drivers door when the fob button is pressed once?
